Order Handling & Shipping Fees

Processing Time: 2–5 business days for quality checks and packaging.
During peak periods (holidays or promotions), processing may extend up to 6 business days.

Shipping Fee: Flat $6.99 per order.

Estimated delivery varies by destination:

Note: High-volume seasons or customs may slightly delay delivery.


Tracking Your Order

After shipment, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • Tracking may take 1–3 business days to activate
  • Delayed updates do not indicate a lost package

International Orders & Customs

For shipments outside the U.S., delivery is DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid):

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the customer’s responsibility
  • Oiuyrthjβ„’ is not liable for customs delays

Modifications & Cancellations

To request a change or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase at service@scvhbz.com. Orders already in processing cannot be altered.


Lost or Damaged Items

Damaged Items:
Send a photo within 72 hours of delivery. We will replace it at no extra cost.

Lost Packages:
If the carrier confirms a loss, we will send a replacement free of charge.
