1. Return Window

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Packaging and tags must remain intact
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Items not meeting these criteria may be declined.

2. Starting a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at service@scvhbz.com.
Upon approval:

  • You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label
  • Instructions for sending the item back will be provided

Note: Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Check your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, beverages)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or promotional items

If unsure, please contact us before initiating a return.

5. Exchanges

To exchange a product:

  1. Return the original item following the instructions above
  2. Place a new order for the replacement item

This ensures the fastest processing.

6. EU Customers

Orders shipped to the European Union may be returned or canceled within 14 days for any reason.

Conditions:

  • Item unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase

This is in addition to our standard 30-day policy.

7. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Allow up to 10 business days for processing
  • Additional time may be required by your bank or credit card provider

8. Return Address
